Strawberry Matcha Latte
A small strawberry base, cold milk, and separately whisked matcha make three distinct parts of this café-style drink. Layering is optional; a thorough stir before drinking distributes the tea and fruit more evenly. Matcha contains caffeine, so this is a coffee-free option rather than a caffeine-free one.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS
Before your
next pour.
Whisking matcha separately helps avoid dry clumps in the cold glass. It disperses the powder; it does not make the drink a filtered tea.
A visible fruit layer is only a presentation choice. Mixing the drink will change both its color and texture.
Check the actual matcha and milk product information. This recipe makes no health, detox, caffeine-quantity, or certification claims.
A little more
to know.
Can I use strawberry syrup?
A syrup will make a different, sweeter drink. This version is measured for fresh strawberry purée; start with a small amount if developing a separate syrup variation.
Can I make this without coffee equipment?
Yes. A suitable whisk, small bowl, and a way to mash or blend fruit are enough for this recipe.
