Mango Iced Milk
Ripe mango supplies the main flavor in this simple iced milk. A quick purée makes a sunny base, while cold milk softens the fruit. Serve it promptly and stir the layers together rather than expecting them to remain separate throughout the drink.

- 1 drink
What you’ll need
- 100 g ripe mango flesh, peeled and diced
- 150 ml cold pasteurized milk or suitable oat drink
- 5–10 ml brown-sugar cinnamon syrup or 1 teaspoon sugar, optional
- 80 g ice
Make it at home
- 01
Wash the mango before cutting it. Prepare 100 g peeled flesh with clean equipment.
- 02
Blend the mango until smooth. If it is too thick to move, add a small portion of the measured milk rather than extra water.
- 03
Taste the purée and add the optional sweetener only if wanted. Spoon it into a 350–400 ml glass.
- 04
Add ice and the remaining cold milk. Stir before drinking and serve immediately.
A FEW USEFUL DETAILS
Before your
next pour.
Mango ripeness matters more than matching the image color. Taste the actual fruit before adding sweetener.
If your milk and fruit combination separates, stir and serve promptly; formulations and fruit acidity vary. Do not treat visual appearance as a food-safety test.
Use pasteurized milk or a suitable ready-to-drink alternative. This is a fresh drink, not a recipe for bottled storage or a shelf-stable mango beverage.
A little more
to know.
Can I use frozen mango?
Follow the package directions, including any preparation requirements. Thaw appropriately in the refrigerator if needed for your blender; do not assume every frozen fruit product is ready to eat.
Can I skip the sweetener?
Yes. It is optional and depends on the mango and your preference. Start with the fruit and milk before deciding.
