Lemon Mint Sparkler
Lemon, mint, and cold sparkling water make a bright nonalcoholic option for a small café menu. A little sugar balances the lemon, and the sparkling water is added last so the drink keeps its bubbles until serving.

A little more
to know.
Can I use still water?
Yes. Use the same starting quantity of cold drinking water for a still lemon-mint drink; it will not have the sparkling texture.
Can I prepare a pitcher?
Multiply the lemon and sugar base, keep perishable ingredients refrigerated, and add cold sparkling water just before serving. Do not leave a fresh pitcher at room temperature for extended serving.
