- 1 food-grade roasted-barley infusion bag
- 180 ml drinking water, prepared under infusion-product guidance
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- 8 g sugar
- 60 g ice
Make it at home
- 01
Wash lemon before cutting. Put measured juice in the serving glass.

- 03
Let the initial heat subside briefly. Put ice in a 400 ml heat-safe glass suitable for hot tea over ice containing the prepared flavor base, then add the infusion.
- 04
Stir thoroughly and serve promptly.

Serving & storage
Assemble and serve promptly. Keep milk, yogurt, cut melon, cooked grains/purees and any other ingredients requiring refrigeration covered at 4°C/40°F or below, following their labels. For these temperature-controlled foods, discard after more than 2 hours out of refrigeration, or 1 hour when ambient temperature exceeds 32°C/90°F. No finished-drink storage life is established here.
