What you’ll need

  • 90 g prepared cantaloupe flesh, rind and seeds removed
  • 150 ml cold pasteurized milk
  • 5 g sugar, optional
  • 80 g ice

Make it at home

  1. 01

Wash the whole melon before cutting. Remove rind and seeds and measure the prepared flesh.

  2. 02

Put all measured ingredients except the ice in the blender. Blend according to its operating directions until as smooth as practical.

  3. 03

Put the measured ice in a 400–450 ml glass. Pour in the cold fruit milk, leaving room to stir.

  4. 04

Stir and serve immediately. Keep remaining perishable ingredients refrigerated rather than leaving them beside the blender.
