What you’ll need
- 50 g ripe avocado flesh, skin and pit removed
- 5 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 160 ml cold pasteurized milk
- 10 g honey, optional
- 80 g ice
Make it at home
- 01
Wash the avocado before cutting, remove the pit and skin, and measure the flesh.
- 02
Put all measured ingredients except the ice in the blender. Blend according to its operating directions until as smooth as practical.
- 03
Put the measured ice in a 400–450 ml glass. Pour in the cold fruit milk, leaving room to stir.
- 04
Stir and serve immediately. Keep remaining perishable ingredients refrigerated rather than leaving them beside the blender.

Can I prepare the finished drink far in advance?
Prepare appropriate components separately and keep perishables refrigerated. Assemble close to serving; ice, fruit texture, and any sparkling water change while the finished glass waits.
