Iced Cardamom Latte
Cardamom can be introduced through a brief infusion in the coffee itself. Remove the pod pieces before adding the cold ingredients so the final glass stays easy to stir and drink.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS
Before your
next pour.
Use one pod for the starting version. Pod size and freshness vary, so record the result before increasing the quantity.
Straining is important here: a loose pod fragment is not intended to remain in the serving glass.
This short coffee infusion is not equivalent to adding a spoonful of ground cardamom, which changes both intensity and texture.

Can I prepare the finished drink far in advance?
Prepare appropriate components separately and keep perishables refrigerated. Assemble close to serving; ice, fruit texture, and any sparkling water change while the finished glass waits.
